This page describes what personal data App0 collects, what we use it for and what your rights are. Last updated on 5 October 2026.
Data controller
App0 is a service of MA Veebilahendused OÜ (Estonian registry code 12148475). For data protection questions write to martin@app0.ee.
Contact form
When you write to us through the contact form, we receive your name, company name, email address, website address and message. We use them only to answer your inquiry and make an offer. The inquiry reaches us as an email; it is not saved in the website's database. The form is protected against spam by Google reCAPTCHA, which processes your IP address and browser data for that purpose.
The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract and our legitimate interest in answering inquiries. If you do not become a client, we delete the correspondence within 12 months.
Cookies and visitor statistics
We use Google Analytics to see how much the site is visited and which parts are useful. Statistics cookies are stored only if you agree in the cookie notice. Without consent, only cookieless measurement signals that are not tied to a person are sent to Google. We also use one cookie that remembers your cookie choice; to change the choice, delete this site's cookies in your browser.
Client portal
In the portal for clients (portal.app0.ee) we keep the names and email addresses of a client's representatives, their login data (the password is hashed), the time and IP address of accepting the service terms, and invoices. These are needed to perform the contract. We keep them while the contract is in force, and accounting documents for seven years as the law requires.
Who we share data with
We do not sell data or pass it on for marketing. We use service providers who process data on our behalf: Hetzner (servers in the European Union), SMTP2GO (sending email), Zone Media (domains and name servers), Google (visitor statistics and reCAPTCHA) and Montonio (online payments, if you use them). Some of them may process data outside the European Union; in that case safeguards approved by the European Commission apply.
Your rights
You have the right to ask what data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing and to receive your data. Write to martin@app0.ee; we answer within one month. If you find that we have violated your rights, you may turn to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (www.aki.ee).
